How to Activate Your PrenotACI TRAVEL Credit

1. Register with your email address
Click the REGISTER button at the top of the homepage and create your account.

2. Write to prenotaci@aciblueteam.it
After receiving the welcome email, send a message from the same email address used for registration.
Include your first and last name and request credit activation.

3. Receive your special code
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an active code from prenotaci@aciblueteam.it that will allow you to use your credit.

How to Use the Credit

• You can purchase any service available on the platform: transport, accommodation, activities, car rental, and more.
• The special code can be entered as a payment method at the end of the booking process.
• The credit can be redeemed until December 31, 2025, for trips to be completed by June 30, 2026.
• Prices will be displayed in USD or EUR, but payment will always be calculated in EUR.
• The credit is worth 10,000 USD (9,250 EUR) and must be fully used for a single trip.
• The trip can be booked either all at once or by purchasing individual services at different times.
• The first service booked will define the destination, travel dates, and participants. All additional services must align with that choice.

Extra

• If the credit does not cover the full cost of the service or trip, the difference can be paid by credit card or PayPal.
• If you cancel a service that does not involve a penalty, the credit will be reloaded to your special code after the cancellation is confirmed by the platform.
