How to use your prize

• Create an account with your email address by clicking on the SIGN IN button above.

• After you receive the account confirmation by email, write please to prenotaci@aciblueteam.it from the address you used to create the account. Specify your first and last name and request the activation of your credit, which will be activated within 48 hours.
• You will receive a response from prenotaci@aciblueteam.it with an indication of a special code
• Since that time, you will be able to use the credit available to you by purchasing any bookable service on the platform: transportation, accommodation, activities, car rentals, and any other available service. You will be able to create travel packages by adding more services to your booking.
• The special code can be used at the end of the purchase process as a form of payment for services
• The award can be redeemed within December 2024, for a trip to be done in the next 12 months;
• Prices may be displayed in USD or Euro.
• Your 10,000 USD credit corresponds to 9,100 EUR, and the payment will always be calculated in Euro. 
• The total minimum trip costs would be 10,000 USD / 9,100 EUR , to be booked in one unique trip 
• You can book/create a more expensive trip. You can pay the difference with a credit card or PayPal
• In the event that you purchase services that do not immediately incur a penalty and you need to cancel your reservation before the penalty date, your credit will be reloaded directly into your special code after you request the cancellation of the service and the system confirms the cancellation.
• Remember that to access the platform, you can use the LOG IN button on this homepage or you can directly connect to the website sprint.prenotaci.travel.
