Activate your Travel Card code using the button below. Without activating the Travel Card, you will not be able to use the credit linked to it.

Simply enter the email address used to create your account and the code on your Travel Card or Voucher. You will be able to decide whether to transfer the credit to your account or you can simply activate the code but the credit can be used by anyone registered in the platform as a form of payment at the time of purchase (we always recommend the first option for security reasons).

CREDIT CUMULABILITY

Do you already have an active credit in the platform and want to add a new one tied to a new code? The system does not allow the activation of a credit on a user who already has an active one, nor is it possible to accumulate credits during payment.

In this case we recommend that you:

Exhaust the first credit with a reservation and proceed later with the activation of the new Travel Card

Or

Contact our customer service indicating the code referring to the new credit before making a new purchase so that we can within 24/48 hours cumulate the amounts available to you

Terms of Use Travel Card GUESS CRM CONTEST

Format
Travel Cards or Travel Bonus issued as part of the initiatives related to Guess CRM Contest and represent a credit at ACI blueteam Spa vehiculated through an alpha-numeric code to be ACTIVATED in the PrenotACI platform by having an account to access the platform.

ACI blueteam cannot guarantee exclusive use by the beneficiary indicated on the Card or Voucher. Use is reserved for anyone who should activate in the online platform the code shown.

Activation

For On Line activation on prenotaci.travel, it will be mandatory to already have a registration to one of the booking platforms of PrenotACI. On-line activation is possible through the activation LINKS on the home pages of the booking sites of prenotaci.travel or through the following link: https://registrati.prenotaci.travel/attivazione

During activation, it will be possible to choose whether to activate the CARD credit only for the user who is doing the activation (a credit will be loaded into a virtual purse available to the logged-in user) or to make it available to anyone who has an account in the same platform as the one who is doing the registration.

Expiration
The expiration date indicates the deadline for the activation of the reported code and for the use of the credit intended as the date of making and paying for the reservation and not as the date of making the trip, which may also be after the indicated expiration date

Usability
The code indicated on the CARD may be used through the travel and service platform PrenotACI SPRINT (www.sprint.prenotaci.travel)

Amount
The amount can be used in multiple tranches through the platform. It will always be possible to supplement the CARD amount with other payment methods if the value of the services purchased exceeds the total or partial credit on the CARD.

Refundability
The TRAVEL CARD can never be refunded monetarily either in full or in part to the beneficiary. Should one or more services purchased with the CARD be cancelled and refunded by suppliers, the value of the CARD will be reinstated for the portion of the refund, less any penalties or expenses incurred by the agency, or a new code will be generated equal in value to the amount of the refund that can be used in the same manner and timeframe as related to the CARD originally used.
